Office Rules & Regulations

Cultivating a safe and inclusive workplace. Effective date: December 4, 2019.

Introduction

At AKETUD, our commitment to a workplace that champions safety, respect, and dignity stands at the forefront of our operations. We go beyond ensuring our workplace is free from discrimination, harassment, and retaliation — we work to make every employee feel genuinely valued, heard, and supported.

We continuously review our compensation and benefits to meet the diverse needs of our team, invest in professional growth through ongoing training and mentorship, and actively promote an inclusive environment where employees of any background, identity, or belief can thrive.

We prioritize work-life balance, offer flexible working hours, and support remote work arrangements where the role allows it.
